Peter may have grown up in Long Island, New York but there's no doubting that the Virgin Islands are his true home. He moved to St. Thomas shortly after graduating from the University of Florida and has been selling luxury real estate for over thirty years.

For the past seventeen years, Peter has helped guide Virgin Island’s oldest and largest luxury real estate firm, Christie's International Real Estate | the Saints, including exclusive representation and affiliations with the world’s two leaders in international luxury real estate. The first being Sotheby’s International Realty, and more recently, Christie’s International Real Estate.

Peter's work in the community and connections with regional commercial interests provide him with an exceptional referral network and insight into the needs of individual residences and investment opportunities. As one client who recently moved to the Islands said, it is so confusing in a new area — "I am so glad that I found Peter who had such complete knowledge of the area and the community."

His community involvement is very extensive including participation with St. Thomas-St. John Real Estate Board, U.S. Virgin Islands Territorial Board of Realtors, St. Thomas-St. John Chamber of Commerce and Co-founder of Charter Fishing Fleet of St. Thomas, Inc. Formerly, Peter served on directing boards including St. Thomas Golf Association, Sapphire House Condominium, and Montessori School. Peter’s Commercial and Development background is extensive; having served as listing Broker/and/or consultant on major Virgin Island interests including Commercial Leasing agent for American Yacht Harbor, Port of Sale, and Crown Bay Marina, consultant for AT&T and Innovative (tel com, cable, media), Timbers Resorts and Marriot International, broker for Grubb & Ellis, Cushman Wakefield, HVS International, Bank REO’s – First Bank & Scotia Bank, Land Sub-division – Beverly Hills, Pillsbury Heights, Cabrita Point, & Botany Bay and Condo/Resort/ Fractional – Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina, Ritz Carlton Club, & Botany Bay. He is currently involved as a developer for Water Island Development Corporation.

Peter's spare time is spent in trying to lower his 6 handicaps on various Caribbean golf courses or trying to land his first 1,000 lb. Blue Marlin. His love for golf has provided him with the knowledge and drive to develop and complete phase one of a luxury golf (27 unit) condominium/boutique hotel operation in the Dominican Republic, Casa Del Lago, as a managing member of the Renaissance Partner’s.
