Teddy Nicolosi is an emerging talent in the real estate industry, bringing diverse experience and a strong educational background to Christie’s International Real Estate in St. Thomas, USVI. Born in Chicago and raised in St. Thomas from the age of seven, Teddy recently graduated from Yale University with a degree in Economics, combining academic excellence with hands-on industry experience.
During a gap year due to Covid-19, Teddy led the construction of a two-story residential home as a project manager and hands-on construction worker. He further honed his skills as a superintendent during his internship with CF Breeze Construction, part of the HUD Rebuild Florida Program. Teddy is set to manage homes built for the Envision Tomorrow Program, a HUD initiative focused on community revitalization in the USVI.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Teddy is a passionate sailor, he sailed competitively in St. Thomas and at Yale, where he was a two-time All-American Skipper and team captain. His leadership on the water translates seamlessly to his real estate career, where he is dedicated to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
