French by birth, Pierre moved to the United States in 1980 and obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering and then started working for a company in Minnesota. After 24 years, having acquired several rental properties in Minneapolis and growing tired of the ridiculous subzero temperatures during the long winters there, he decided to turn the page.
He sold his rental properties, moved to the Virgin Islands, and bought rental properties through 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. Becoming a Real Estate Agent was the next logical step. He has been with Christie's International Real Estate | the Saints since 2004, first as an agent, then as a broker in 2006.
Pierre covers the whole spectrum of real estate activities, including residential, commercial and undeveloped land sales, as well as long-term rentals. He also manages a portfolio of rental properties, both residential and commercial, for various owners. He would be the primary guy to contact if you are looking for that special rental property.
Pierre enjoys working out at the gym and traveling off-island whenever a bout of island fever manifests itself. He is bilingual and is working on adding Spanish as a third language.
