Paula Lorentzen came to St. Thomas three decades ago and never left. Thirty years in this market gives you something you can't shortcut: you know the inventory, you know the neighborhoods, and you know what island life actually looks like once the novelty wears off. That's what Paula brings to every client conversation.

As an Associate Broker at Christie's International Real Estate USVI, she specializes in relocations, waterfront and beachfront properties, second homes, and resort real estate. Her clients are relocating families, investors, and professionals who are serious about making the USVI work for them, whether that's a lifestyle decision, a financial one, or both. Many of them are working within the territory's major incentive programs: the Economic Development Commission (EDC), the Small Business Development Agency (SBDA), and the UVI Research and Technology Park (RTPark). Paula has worked directly with beneficiaries of all three and understands how real estate fits into a broader strategy.

Families with children ask her about schools. She welcomes it. After thirty years on the island, she has thorough knowledge of education options from Pre-K through the University of the Virgin Islands, and it's the kind of question where the right answer matters.
