Lorentzen

At the young age of 21, Paula purchased a ½ acre of beachfront at
Haulover Bay on St. John, and so began her love affair with all things real
estate in the Virgin Islands. Later, it was a sensible house in the Estate of
Wintberg on St. Thomas. Her parents owned a home in West End, Tortola.
In 1983 she obtained her Virgin Islands Real Estate License under the
Broker and Real Estate Developer Arthur Witty. Mr. Witty developed the
condominiums Sugar Mill Hill and The Pinnacle on St. Thomas. Paula
worked in pre-sales and through the completion of both projects in the
early 1990s.  She holds both the Graduate Realtors Institute designation
(GRI) and the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) from the
National Board of Realtors (NAR).
Paula owned and operated Rosendahl Riding Ring, a member of the Virgin
Islands Equestrian Federation, the Virgin Islands Olympic Committee, and
home of the St. Thomas Pony Club. Paula is also a member of the St.
Thomas Yacht Club since 1992.
Her daughter, Ursula, attended Joseph Sibilly School and graduated from
Antilles School on St. Thomas and from Wesleyan University in
Connecticut. Bridget was born in St. Thomas and attended The VI
Montessori School and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University
in 2013.
Paula looks forward to helping Old Friends and New realize their Dream of
Property Ownership in the Virgin Islands.
