Kelsey
Thomas

Kelsey originally hails from the East Coast and grew up in Richmond, Virginia. Her passion for the Virgin Islands started in 2005, when she began crewing boats for the summers. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management, she moved to Washington, DC to begin a career in event planning. Although she loved it, the ocean and the Caribbean lifestyle were calling her name. So in 2015, Kelsey packed her bags and moved back to the islands. 

Along the way, she has learned firsthand the various dos and don’ts of living in the Virgin Islands. Her favorite part of it all has been helping others experience and enjoy the islands as much as she does. Having always been passionate about customer service and the island life, real estate seemed like the perfect fit. In 2020, Chuck Gidley, the most experienced real estate professional on Water Island, took Kelsey under his wing. He made it his mission to teach her everything he knows. 

Living on an island of only 100 people, Kelsey cares greatly about her community and the island culture. It is her goal to help anyone looking for a home in the islands find their own paradise. Kelsey’s charisma and ability to connect with people make her an outstanding agent who has an innate ability to understand her clients’ needs. She is trustworthy and diligent. When working with her, you will have her undivided attention and extreme attention to detail.

Fun facts about Kelsey: She has her 100 Ton Captain’s License, is SCUBA certified, and owns a fishing boat.  She looks forward to helping you sell or buy your dream home in the islands!
